Role Overview

As our Ground Staff, you play an integral role in ensuring our passengers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. From check-in to ensuring passenger comfort during flights, you’re the face of our company. Responsible for quality passenger services, addressing queries, and ensuring all safety and security concerns are handled promptly.


  • Check-in Assistance: Manning the check-in counters, rebooking or redirecting customers, and providing timely updates.
  • Gate Duties: Manning arrival and departure gates, assisting passengers pre-boarding and post-landing.
  • Cabin Services: Ensuring passenger comfort by cleaning and restocking planes.
  • Ticketing and Reservations: Issue tickets, take phone reservations, and provide boarding passes.
  • Luggage Management: Assisting with luggage check-ins, ensuring all baggage is delivered, and in some cases, screening luggage for security.
  • Special Assistance: Providing help for disabled passengers and ensuring their comfort.
  • Outside Terminal Duties: Managing luggage loading/unloading, assisting passengers and flight crew in boarding, and guiding pilots for taxi spots.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • TOEIC score of 500 within the last two years
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and maintains a positive attitude.


  • Effective communication skills in both Thai and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts with a consistent positive demeanor.
  • Knowledge of aviation technology and ticketing software.
  • Ability to remain calm and friendly with passengers, even under stress.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
